Core Component #3
This week, continue working on your final Core Component. Really take the time to slow down and check in with your alignment, breathing, core engagement and stability!
Everything you’ve learned about engaging your core and moving your body has really added up, and you should feel these core exercises even more deeply than you could when we first started our journey.
Please feel free to stick with Core Component #1 and #2 if you’re not ready for more challenging exercises and move on when you’re feeling up to it. And check out the Symptom Checklist (below) if you’re not sure how best to proceed.
