Back to Bodyweight Basics

This month, let’s dial it back to the basics! Focus on the POWER of well-executed bodyweight movements like squats, bends, kicks, lunges, punches and more.

How?

?? First, tune into this month’s two (TWO!) Live Group Workouts, where we’ll be dialling in on the movements you do all the time and maybe don’t think too much about: glute bridges, squats, lunges and the like. We’ll share our top tips to clean up your form, protect your joints and get the most out of your bodyweight moves.

?? Second, slow down. As you work through this month’s workouts, resist the temptation to race against the clock or bounce up and down during your reps. Focus on keeping tension in your muscles during all parts of each movement, and notice how your core engages more when you pay attention!

?? Third, comment in the Mama Forums and in the Facebook group to ask questions about how bodyweight movements feel in YOUR body, share your favourite moves, and request modifications for exercises that don’t feel right.
