This program is specifically designed for mamas who are starting out on their core re-training journey. We’ll provide the information you need as well as options in each workout so you know exactly what exercises are best for you. We suggest every mama sees a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist in postpartum for a hands-on assessment and personalized recommendations in addition to using a targeted, progressive core training program like the Core + Pelvic Floor Reset. This program will help you rebuild strength and function to your core AND learn how to understand going forward what feels “right” for your body and how to engage your core through your daily life and exercise choices. 

What if I'm way past the baby stage? Is this program still okay for me?

Postpartum is a permanent state and many women experience new or worsening symptoms many years post-delivery.  Most women don’t receive adequate education and training in early postpartum to restore core strength + function, leading to weakness and symptoms years later and into middle age and beyond. This program is for ANYONE who needs to reconnect to their core muscles to help them feel stronger and reduce pain and discomfort. You’ll enjoy full-body strength workouts and delicious releases for a comprehensive exercise program that goes way beyond “rehab.”
