Welcome to your final weekly workout in the #28DayReboot: FLOW.
Each Friday, your FLOW workout will help you unwind, centre yourself and connect to your breath after a busy week. Enjoy a combination of flexibility work to lengthen your tired mama muscles and flowing sun salutations to open the hips, warm the body and lift your spirits!
Grab a mat and two cans, sturdy books or yoga blocks. Listen carefully to the cues to choose the right options for your body, and make exercises easier or more challenging depending on how they feel.
