You bet! Chances are, if you’re considering the Reboot it’s because you’re stalled, struggling to find consistency and in need of an intervention. (Or shall we say: a reboot?) We could point you to study after study proving the merits of short, efficient workouts done regularly. We can show you our happy Reboot mamas who have experienced the power of 10 minutes. But what we really want to ask is: have you tried exercising consistently for a short time, most days of the week? And, if not, you’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain with every minute you spend caring for that mombod of yours!

How will I stay on track?

We got you! We don’t make ANY programs at Mama Reset that are pay-for-access-and-forget-it, because we know from experience that doesn’t work for busy mamas with tons on our plates. So we’ll send you an email every weekday for 28 days with a supportive check-in and a link directly to that day’s workout. PLUS, we’ll keep you motivated with interactive progress trackers so you can see how you’re doing each week. And we’ll be there to support you in our on-site (no facebook) community, to answer questions and cheer you on. You got this, mama!

What equipment do I need?

Nothing at all, really! We’ve designed the workouts to be done with just a pair of soup cans if that’s all you’ve got. If you have dumbbells, a single set of small dumbbells will probably do for all workouts. After you do your first run through the Reboot workouts, you might be motivated to up the work and do a second cycle for even MORE strength, core & cardio building results. In that case, upping the weights can be a great way to extend the life of your Reboot program and level up your strength.

Can I do this if I'm newly postpartum?

We think so! If you’re still in the first 6-8 weeks after delivering, please wait until you’re cleared to return to regular activity by your doctor or midwife. And if you’re struggling to understand how to engage your core + pelvic floor, our Core & Pelvic Floor Reset program is a more comprehensive way to build back up to regular workouts after baby. If you’re feeling pretty good and ready to get into a doable, low-impact routine you’ll find the Reboot workouts offer options to modify exercises to increase OR decrease intensity level, and that each workout is pelvic floor – safe, with no impact.

what if I get behind or miss a day?

It happens! Rarely does a mama get every workout in exact order without a hitch. We’ll provide 5 workouts per week which you can do over the course of the 7 days or in the Monday through Friday order they’re presented. You can easily double up one day and do just 20 minutes to catch up. Plus, you’ll have lifetime access to incorporate the Reboot workouts into your life in whatever way best supports you. One last thought: even if you did some of the Reboot workouts each week for the next 4 weeks, wouldn’t you feel awesome?? We think so, too.
